The Name

Often we are asked, “Where did the name come from?” Hillari Moon is a combination of names from two dear women in Chef Gwen’s life. Hillari is her sister and Moon is her mother’s nickname.

These spice blends are not only made with love, but the name is a reminder of family, which is dear to Chef Gwen’s heart.
